I’m a systems-minded leader specializing in data delivery operations, with deep experience building high-quality data products and scaling data operations at venture-backed Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) and data platform companies.

I lead the development and automation of scalable delivery systems, including the integration of AI and LLM-based validation pipelines and human-in-the-loop workflows to improve data quality and operational efficiency. My experience spans customer-facing delivery and behind-the-scenes infrastructure, with a focus on speed, quality, and scale.

I work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and GTM teams to drive on-time delivery and long-term customer value in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

I’m comfortable writing SQL, building functional prototypes using AI-assisted development tools, and diving into data when needed, especially when it helps move ambiguity into clarity or connects strategic goals to implementation. While I lead through systems thinking and team-building, I’ve found that being hands-on at the right moments often accelerates decision-making and delivery.

Earlier in my career, I worked on quantitative, multimodal modeling of emotion through body movement and facial expression. This research continues to shape how I think about signal quality, ambiguity, and the human side of systems, including human-AI interaction.
